The house was designed for an extroverted couple located in a lush landscape of Turi, Yogyakarta. They wanted a house with a livable living room that interacts with every other activity rooms, i.e. dining, kitchen, study, and tv room. To accommodate the flow, mezzanine concept is coming up without boundary facing the living room. This area then becomes the heart of the house, to greet and gather with family and friends.

The layout of the house was planned with intention to keep all the existing big trees. As the house has double-height open living room, it captures the view of existing tall trees in the courtyard and surroundings.
